Funds Advance Options:
You have three options in how you receive your funds

1.       100% Lump Sum - suitable for making one-off payments such as a purchase of a new car, repayment of other debts, home improvements or even a big trip abroad.

2.       Monthly Installment - suitable if you do not require all the funds at once. It may also be suitable if you are concerned about the impact receiving excess funds may have on your Centrelink entitlements.

3.       Combination - a mixture of the above two options.

REDUCED Fixed Interest Rate for life of the loan term:

Flexible Borrowing Capacity:
The amount you can borrow depends on your age, marital status and value of
the property. Singles and Joint Borrowers can now borrow up to 10% more
under the installment option.

Fees:
No application fee and $0 monthly administration fee from the lender.

EQUITY is a loan that offers certainty of interest rate for the entire life of the loan.
