Carol Cane - Principle / Lending Manager
Carol has two passions; the first is providing specialist finance solutions to clients seeking finance, and the second is her role as the Founder of Cane Lending Solutions.  Carol supports the Women In Finance Network, Business of Professional Women, a Member of Lawfund Australia, AMC of The Mortgage Industry Association MIAA- and the Ombudsman Scheme. Carol's vision is to create an avenue of support designed for women, whereby they are connected to professionals who can advise them in financial and business decisions, with the ultimate aim of attaining financial security and independence.

Carol's background includes working with Financiers for eighteen years, in Australia and Internationally, heading up Locally owned Finance departments. Having started her working life at fifteen, she has proven that persistence, resilience and willingness to correct have been the major factors in attaining success as a Woman in a demanding corporate environment.
For the last three yeas she has operated her own Business "CANE Lending Solutions" from her office in Lara while consulting to Lawfund Australia as a Lending Manager, directing her skills into the finance industry developing specific programs for women. She services her own clientele assisting them in the finance,   and acquisition of a home, commercial or investment property. Her professional experience is supported by her personal experiences of arranging, and managing her own property portfolio.
.Carol as a Member of the BPW; the Australian Federation of Business and Professional Women Inc, BPW leads women - on issues of work, education and personal development; Carol is a Committee Member for external policy (Civic Participation) and Mentor in the Leadership Program for Young Women.
Carol's experience means she can count scores of contacts amongst Banks, Lending institutions and professionals.  Being part of a local network linking Lenders, Solicitors, Accountants and Financial advisers with a   referral source and offering a wealth of loan solutions.
